SEISCO: A PROVEN SUPERIOR TANKLESS WATER HEATER PRODUCT

RETURN TO THE CHALLENGE

The "SEISCO" has received significant recognition and continues to be used in many notable applications, a few of which are listed below. However, we invite you first to check out our patents. These patents are at the heart of our product and the reason that the SEISCO Tankless Water Heater is superior to any simular product on the market.

Please go to the US PATENT OFFICE and enter in our patent numbers (below), especially the most recent patent #6,246,831 and see for yourself why Seisco, has the leading technology in the Tankless Water Heater business.

U.S. Patents: #6,080,971 issued June 23, 2000; #5,866,8809 issued February 2, 1999; #5,325,822 issued July, 1994; #5,216,743 issued June, 1993. The most recent patent #6,246,831 was issued June 12, 2001. In addition to the U.S. patents, there are many foreign patents issued as well as foreign patent applications in process.

The first truly whole house tankless water heater that not only replaces your tank heater, but can heat your house too and satisfy so many, many other benefits listed below.

Solar Back Up: The Seisco has been recognized as a perfect back up to solar water heating applications not only for domestic but also for hot water space heating. During the year 2000, the Seisco has been selected and is the back up the solar water heater system in the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF STATE, FLORIDA REGIONAL CENTER BUILDING, which is the STATE DEPARTMENT'S SOLAR SHOWCASE, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Additionally, at the recommendation of PATH and the NAHB Research Department, the Seisco was also selected and is the back up for solar water heaters used in the prestigious "Armory Park del Sol: A Solar Community." This project is being constructed by the John Wesley Miller Companies, in the historic Armory Park area of Tucson. This is one of the most prestigious solar projects in the U.S. and is a part of both the PATH and the Federal Government's million home solar initiative program.

Space/Domestic Water Heating Combo: The Seisco has demonstrated its ability to provide both space and domestic hot water from the same tankless water heater. Domestic hot water is separated from the space heating fluid and priority is given to domestic hot water requirements, when required, from its "smart water heater" priority switch and control. This system can be combined with a solar water heater to provide an extremely energy efficient and cost-effective dual system.

Space Heating: The Seisco is currently (January, 2001) completing its third year of successful radiant floor heating in beta sites, which are utilizing the Seisco as the sole source for hot water space heating. More recent hot water space heating applications include baseboard heating.

AT&T Sponsored "Home of Tomorrow": The Seisco tankless water heater was featured at the State Fair of Texas in October, 2000, in the AT&T sponsored "Home of Tomorrow."

PATH Evaluated Technology: The Seisco was featured as the water heater technology of choice in PATH's National Demonstration Home in January, 2000. (Presidential initiative, The Partnership for Advancing Technologies in Housing, consisting of 13 agencies including HUD, the DOE, and the EPA, assisted in product evaluation by the Research Department of the National Association of Home Builders.)

The Discovery Channel: The Discovery Channel's "Your New House" initially filmed in August, 1999, included the SEISCO tankless water heater in a segment of their show. A new segment featuring the Seisco was filmed in 2001 and is currently scheduled for airing.

Bonneville Power: Like the TVA, Bonneville Power, an agency of the Federal Government, selected the SEISCO tankless water heater for its home of the future, "NeXt" house in July, 1999.

Miracles of Science: The SEISCO water heater was included in DuPont Magazine, "Miracles of Science" issue in June, 1999.

Manufactured Housing: The SEISCO water heater was first introduced to the manufactured housing industry in November 1998. After over three years of very difficult work, Seisco was granted several special use provision exceptions under HUD's Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standard. These accomplishments provided recognition to a tankless water heater as a viable whole house water heater for HUD manufactured housing. The most recent provision was granted August, 2000. This SEISCO line of tankless water heaters are offered by the leading manufactured housing companies in the U.S.

Tennessee Valley Authority: The Tennessee Valley Authority, an agency of the Federal Government, tested the SEISCO tankless water heater and confirmed its performance met the "manufacturer's claims" and that the SEISCO water heater was 99.3% energy efficient. The TVA presented its findings in the NEW RESIDENTIAL WATER HEATER TECHNOLOGY seminars at the International ASHRAE Conference in Boston in July, 1997.

Leading Trade Magazine Articles: The SEISCO water heater has been featured in articles in "Appliance Magazine," "Applicance Manufacturer's Magazine," "DuPont Magazine," Edison Electric Institute's "Marketing Electricity Today." "Energy Design Update", and many more from 1997 to the present.

American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers: DuPont presented SEISCO as the first whole house tankless water heater to the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1996.
